Important Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are company subscriptions meaning anyone at your company may use your Relevate subscription login information.

Subscriptions will auto-renew monthly.

Subscription may be canceled at any time at least two days prior to the next billing cycle.

All emails ordered go through the Relevate verification system to ensure optimal deliverability. No matter how many emails you initially order, you only pay for the ones that pass verification and that you then download (payment being a decrease in your monthly credits).

Unused name purchase credits will expire every 30 days and do not roll-over.

The typical "bounce rate" (emails that do not get to the intended person) is approximately 15% although it could be higher or lower depending on the type of list (this is consistent across most list companies regardless of what other companies' marketing claims). The bounce rate generally occurs because people move jobs and haven't updated their online information.

In the "We Do It" program, Relevate staff will create the list on your behalf, verify the list, and manually remove invalid emails. Note that even after verification, there will still be some bounces.
